What I do differently
I treat hands-on first. Manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue work. Exercise is homework, not the appointment itself. And I’m still on the tools as a working plumber alongside my physio practice — so I understand what physical jobs actually do to a body.
Weekend appointments are built around people who can’t take time off mid-week. Saturday all day, Sunday mornings.
