What I treat.
I’m a hands-on physiotherapist practising in Mount Waverley. Across all the services below, the approach is the same: manual therapy first, exercise as homework. You leave each session having had something done — not just been told what to do at home.
Three areas of focus, grouped by who I see most. If you’re not sure which fits, book in for a first session and we’ll work it out together.
Tradies, hands & chronic pain
Pain from physical work, persistent pain that hasn't resolved with rest or generic exercises, and specialist hand and wrist work.
Tradie & Occupational Pain
